- Access to the Limerick TunnelPeople whose cars have been adapted under the Drivers with Disabilities Scheme are exempt from tolls on all toll roads in the State.  The toll road operators issue special passes.  Passes issued by one operator will be accepted by all other operators.  See the DDAI website for more details. Email the Limerick toll road operator at info@directroutelppp.ie with your contact details requesting an application form for the pass.
